Business Skills Development-Edmonton

2020 - We can no longer keep doing business the way we have. All of us have had to rethink and pivot to meet the new challenges and opportunities all around us. Changes must be made in the way we do business, interact with each other and to open up to new ideas and solutions. This means going within and facing those issues holding you back from the necessary transformation that has to take place within yourselves. You need to identify and examine those behaviours and old thought patterns to make room for new ways and ideas. Equine Assisted Learning is the fast track to discovering what's in the way of you and your team moving forward.
We use the natural senses and instincts of horses, combined with specially developed team exercises that will help you to uncover what's holding you back and then breakthrough those bocks and discover new skills and ways of communicating with yourself and others. You'll learn to perfect key skills that will ultimately increase your personal and professional effectiveness and leave yourself more self-aware and open to new opportunities. Our business skills programs help you to create effective relationships, improve communication, build your leadership skills, set boundaries and teach you to trust your instincts.
In this process of working with your horse and human teammates, you'll have safe space to enhance your creativity and out of the box thinking. You will identify where you or your team hold resistance to change and really find out what's holding you back so that you can get out of your own way!
Our Objectives:

Each participant will learn:
  • that internal dialogue needs to match external actions
  • that force does not equate to movement
  • that looking back stops movement forward
  • how to accept responsibility and accountability
  • how to overcome barriers to find change
  • that it takes courage to make the changes the horse is telling them
  • how to be creative and innovative
  • how to find opportunity in working together
  • how to develop their decision making skills
  • how to take appropriate risks to get out of their comfort zone
  • the importance of communicating their vision with direction
  • how to find the leader within themselves

All while having a blast!
